Our life was turned upside down when my husband suffered a bad stroke. He sat still for a while, then took a deep breath and started looking at becoming mobile again. Shopping around for a mobility scooter we had the great fortune to meet Pam & Les and their great range of scooters. Pam's wonderful perception and understanding of the needs of a person with aphasia is second to none and made it so easy for us to decide that the Heartway Mystere was the scooter for us.
Since then we have really appreciated Pam, Les & Ben's exceptional friendly customer service, the Mystere has been christened 'HARLEY' and is a very important member of our household
